A house from the 19th century Brazilian style, located near a famous beach in Portugal was previously occupied by a school. It now has the opportunity to regain its elegance with a detailed restoration, renovation and alteration according to the demands of a modern guest house for tourism. A Luxury house is now reborn. We developed a hard technical work in order to make the old architecture shine.

The house was in ruins after having served as a school for many years. We carry out arduous technical work to survey pathologies and intervention methods. The objective is for the rehabilitation project to make the existing architecture stand out amid contemporary comfort requirements.
