The park project
The park project was created in 2007 and was well ahead of its time, both in sustainability and in relation to housing. We seek to create a unique central green space for public use and correct its limits with the help of some environmentally friendly housing. The house is completely covered in vegetation, making the park visually attractive throughout its entirety.
Ecological housing on the edge of the park
The rooms have an absolutely innovative and original typology. Therefore, we developed homes completely covered with vegetation. With a passive architecture system, they are completely energetically autonomous. They are supported by a geothermal system and are completely covered with topsoil.
In short, in the new Tavarede park, ecological homes appear unnoticed within the greenery.
