Urban Subdivisions

Our portfolio of subdivision projects groups together all the urban projects in which we design and organize the creation of new lots. Some of the subdivisions create new residential areas. In these, our objective is comfort, profitability and sustainability. Other subdivision projects concern new industrial or commercial zones. In these, the objective is to create new lots for industry and commerce efficiently and at low cost. We have also designed subdivisions where the objective is to incorporate activities of a more touristic nature, in this case the relationship with nature and the rest of the urban area is essential. However, in all subdivision projects we seek to optimize existing resources and enhance the location where we operate.
