Senior Housing

Our portfolio of residential structures for elderly people demonstrates the knowledge of our architects in the scope of senior design, licensing and construction. Our projects include both nursing homes located in rural and urban areas. We have cases of senior residences built from scratch, but we also have cases where we rehabilitate existing buildings. All of these projects received a positive opinion from Social Security, the entity that oversees the sector. Basically, our work is guided by scrupulous compliance with ERPI legislation and the establishment of a high standard of quality, safety and comfort for elderly people.
