Multifamily housing

Our portfolio of collective housing buildings is the set of projects in which housing condominiums are set up. We develop these buildings for larger real estate developers. Some of these projects include concepts such as coliving, in which there is a sharing of common spaces and services. Other projects are aimed at investors who want to rent or lease homes. Sometimes, we also design some of these multi-family housing projects in which the client’s objective is to sell the units. However, in all these multi-family housing buildings we generate high quality apartments with correct integration into the urban environment.
